To a potential customer, your website represents your visual brand, what you’re about, what you sell whether that’s revenue generated directly through e-commerce or the services you offer. It also provides them the ability to contact you at any time.

My consultations are actually the discovery process I use when I start working with a new client. This process really helps me to learn about your business. I send along some “homework” – questions that you answer about your business, marketing etc.
You might be wondering: why go through all of this?
Can’t you “just take a look at my site” and tell me what’s happening?
Actually, no. And the reason is context.
Just looking at your site won’t give me a clear picture of you, your business, your goals, your audience, your other marketing and how that’s all working together.
Your website is only a piece of the puzzle and without the pieces around it, I can’t give you an accurate recommendation on what needs to shift or change.
HOW IT WORKS
Your website layout, structure and content will be reviewed along with any other marketing will be viewed as a whole to get a complete picture.
You will be provided with a custom report on what works, what could be improved and specific action you need to take to make it happen.
Includes a presentation video call via Zoom to review the report prior to hand-off.
You have a two week window for any questions or follow up.
